Spartan WeatherShield Co. was founded by two brothers, Joel and Jarod Arlia, who wanted to create a better roofing and siding company to serve local Northeast Ohio neighbors. After experiencing how other roofing contractors operated, the brothers realized that too often,greater Cleveland roofers and siding installers obsess over speed and profitability rather than the customer experience and quality craftsmanship.

Spartan Storm Services Inc. was born a few years later when Joel Arlia partnered with Jeramie Lopez who leads the insurance division team with approximately 95% word-of-mouth customers due to his advanced knowledge and experience in handling insurance claims. He also carries the same vision as the Arlias, blending well with the brother's passion to provide the utmost quality,
care, and professionalism to both prospect and
client alike.

With this in mind, Spartan has worked tirelessly to create a more customer-focused roofing, siding and storm damage repair experience. This means providing dedicated project managers, working with dedicated crews of experienced
Amish craftsmen, offering lifetime warranties and ensuring open communication throughout every roofing repair, roofing replacement and siding installation.
